Peach Tree Senior Development

As the next phase of the Frayser Neighborhood Initiative, ComCap Partners is working in partnership with The Works Inc. to develop a senior housing facility. Currently in predevelopment, the Peach Tree Senior Development will be a 79-unit senior development located on the site of the former Peachtree Apartments. The development will offer high-quality and energy-efficient affordable housing in the Frayser community. Funding for this $18 million project includes Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, conventional debt, philanthropic contributions, and local public funds. Construction is scheduled to start in the summer of 2024.
