Nicholas Dillon

In the summer of 2024, Nicholas joined the ComCap Partners team as an Associate Project Manager, after graduating from Rhodes College with a degree in Business and Urban Studies. Nick is excited to pursue his interest in community revitalization and sustainable development and brings valuable skills and enthusiasm to our team. In his role, he will support the firm’s various real estate development projects.

Nick first joined the ComCap team as an intern in the summer of 2023. During his time at Rhodes, Nicholas was actively involved as a Peer Assistant, Multicultural Vision Program Mentor, and Founder of the Pickleball Club. Originally from Houston, Texas, Nick looks forward to spending more time in Memphis and contributing to the firm’s mission of creating vibrant communities.
