Alan Willis

Alan is the newest addition to the ComCap team, joining in 2023. In his role, Alan supports the firm’s real estate and community development projects by supporting project planning and execution, preparing documentation, communicating with the project team, and monitoring project activities.

Prior to joining ComCap, Alan gained valuable experience in the field of logistics. His experience includes working in various sales and operational roles at JB Hunt Transport, the country’s largest providers of multi-modal trucking services, and Convoy Inc., a logistics tech start up. During his career, Alan developed skills in customer service, project management, and team leadership.

Alan is passionate about his community and knows that Memphis is a great place to live. He brings his fire and passion for community with him to work every day so that he can continue to help make Memphis better. Alan graduated from the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in Communication and a Minor in Business Management.
