Alicia Thompson Willis

Alicia is a founding partner of ComCap and president of Community Realty, a full-service real estate brokerage firm. She is a realtor with over 30 years of experience, representing clients interested in purchasing and selling single-family and multi-family residential housing, as well as commercial properties. For over 20 years, Alicia served as real estate advisor to a local community bank where she managed the disposition of bank-foreclosed properties and retired branch locations, in addition to bank property acquisitions.

Additionally, Alicia serves as real estate consultant to ComCap Partners, providing market research and sales data that is vital to the development of financing strategies for the firm’s affordable housing practice. She also advises on and facilitates acquisitions related to the firm’s projects.

Alicia is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
