Courtney Jennings

Courtney joined the ComCap team in 2021. Courtney brings a strong background in corporate finance and economics to his role, where he analyzes financial data to assess project feasibility and to develop and recommend appropriate financing structures for real estate development projects.

Courtney has over nine years of diverse industry experience in finance, serving in various roles at multiple publicly traded companies including FedEx, Home Depot, and ServiceMaster. As a lead analyst, Courtney provided financial advisory services and transactional support totaling more than $1B.

Courtney is actively involved with the local community as a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Courtney attended The University of Tennessee where he received a B.A. in economics and received his M.B.A. from the University of Memphis.
