Cleaborn Pointe at Heritage Landing

As the local development partner, ComCap Partners worked with Penrose Properties and Duvernay + Brooks to redevelop the public housing development, Cleaborn Homes, through the HOPE IV program. The $60 million, four-phase project transformed the once dilapidated barracks-style public housing into 362 modern mixed-income rental units. The project also includes an affordable senior housing facility. Completed in 2015, the project utilized federal and local public funds, low-income housing tax credits, and conventional debt.
