Foote Park at South City

As part of the South City Choice Neighborhoods Initiative (CNI), ComCap partnered with McCormack Baron Salazar to redevelop the Foote Homes public housing complex in Memphis. Once completed, the development will consist of 712 units of quality, safe, and energy-efficient mixed-income housing and includes a variety of housing options such as garden-style apartments, townhouse apartments, and senior housing. The first four phases of the six-phase project are completed and occupied. The fifth phase, a 120-unit senior development, was completed in the summer of 2024. Construction of the final phase is currently underway. The project is funded with federal and local funds, conventional debt, and tax credit equity.
