Legends Park

Legends Park, formerly the Dixie Homes public housing site, is a HOPE VI redevelopment project located north of the Memphis Medical District. The 315-unit development includes mixed-income, multi-family rental housing as well as 15,000 square feet of commercial space. ComCap worked as the local development partner with McCormack Baron Salazar to complete Legends Park in 2013. The $70 million project was financed with a combination of federal and local public funds, low-income housing tax credits, and conventional debt.
