McKinley Park

McKinley Park is a 30 lot subdivision of affordable single-family homes developed in conjunction with the Legends Park Hope VI project. ComCap served as a development partner with McCormack Baron Salazar to develop the homes in partnership with the City of Memphis and the Memphis Housing Authority. The $8 million development features three and four bedroom homes with distinct floor plans, private parking, and green space.
