University Place

In partnership with McCormack Baron Salazar, ComCap redeveloped Lamar Terrace, a public housing site south of the Memphis Medical District. As local development partner, ComCap worked to transform the site into University Place, 405 units of mixed-income, multi-family rental housing units. The $70 million HOPE VI project was completed in 2009 and financed with a combination of federal and local public funds, low-income housing tax credits, and conventional debt.
