Project Description

Completed in 2014, Uptown Manor is a 50-unit independent living facility for seniors in the Uptown Redevelopment District. ComCap served as development consultant to CAAP, a local nonprofit organization. The $6 million project was funded through tax-exempt bonds, tax credit equity, philanthropic support, local public funds, and a grant under the FHLB Affordable Housing Program.
