A mixed-use development that will bring hundreds of new residents to the University of Tennessee Health Science Center campus and Medical District received a key approval from the State Building Commission’s executive committee on Monday, March 22.
Dubbed “Orleans Station,” the redevelopment will fill 10.2 acres with 372 apartments, 16,000-square-feet of retail, and a plaza.
