Aspen Cooper

Aspen joined the ComCap team in 2024 where she fulfills a crucial role providing support for the firm’s office and administrative requirements. Aspen also ensures that all office communication is managed appropriately and supports the firm’s development projects.

Prior to joining ComCap, Aspen gained extensive experience in the real estate industry. She holds an active real estate license through TREC and has a professional background in real estate as an affiliate broker with Byrd Realty Services and a transaction manager with Ribbon Homes. Prior to diving into real estate, Aspen honed her skills in hotel/hospitality operations management with The Marriott and The Loews Corporation.

Beyond Aspen’s professional endeavors, she is deeply passionate about the community’s youth and outreach. She actively engages with organizations such as the Mid-South Food Bank and serves on the Board of San’s Child Non-Profit Organization.
